Q: What is the difference between the Collected and Contemporary collections?

All of our accents are truly unique. Our Collected pieces are either vintage, antique, or made from reclaimed natural materials that possess a lovely patina, ensuring they are one-of-a-kind treasures for your home. Our Contemporary pieces are meticulously chosen with great care and thoughtfulness, and while they may not be one-of-a-kind, each still offers distinctive charm and appeal.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

No, we are currently only available online.

Q: Where are you located? Why are some items local pick-up only?

We are located in Uptown, Charlotte, North Carolina. Some decor accents are "Local Pick-Up Only" due to the fragility of our one-of-a-kind goods. Local Pick-up mitigates the risk of these goods being damaged in transit. Please provide an email address and phone number at checkout to coordinate logistics.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

We typically ship orders within three business days and exclusively offer ground shipping as it is the most sustainable shipping service available. Depending on your proximity to Charlotte, NC, ground shipping typically arrives in 2-7 business days following dispatch

Shipping costs depend on what you order, where it's going, and the service you choose. You can see shipping options and costs at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?

Collected items are final sale due to their exclusive nature. All other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
